For our corporate customers, we provide excellent traditional two-day PMI-ACP® Prep classes or “Flipped Classes" - ("Blended classes”). We have provided two-day classes and flipped classes for the DC PMI Chapter (PMIWDC), and also for the Baltimore PMI Chapter (PMIBC).
The two-day PMI-ACP® Prep classes are intensive classes. However, if students follow all the guidelines, we provide them, and use the resources we provide, then the pass rate for those students is very high: typically, over 95%!
Many companies today are finding it difficult to allow students to attend a two-day class on workdays. Therefore, we be very creative with the schedule for the classes, and offer a Friday-Saturday class, or a weekend class.
Another alternative is to have a “flipped class” or "blended class" that mixes some face-to-face classroom time with webinar classes and review sessions, and also use the on-demand videos as a foundation. This way the training can be modularized and can be structured to fit the students’ schedules. Students need to be very focused and disciplined, and follow-through on all the assignments.
We will still offer a full guarantee for blended training!
- We will customize the schedule for the classes to suit the students’ schedule as best as possible. For example, we can schedule the class over a weekend or make it a Friday-Saturday class. We can adjust the start and end times for class each day.
- We are providing and bundling in our Moodle LMS (virtual training website) plus downloadable MP3 audio files. This can be “PMP® Training on the Go!” Students will be able to listen to the audio portions of videos and summary audio MP3 files on their phones while in their cars on long drives, commutes, or other.
- This is a “full-service” class! We will be available to students before the start of class to answer questions on applications. The instructor will arrive at least 30 minutes early each day of class to answer questions and can stay after class too. The instructor will be available to students after class has ended to answer questions via email or a phone call.
For 4 students – $800 per student
For 5 to 9 students – $700 per student
For 10 or more students – $600 per student
(If needed, instructor travel costs are additional – airfare, hotel, meals, taxi or rental car for four days. This is usually between $1,200 and $1,400.) For any training in the Baltimore-Washington area, this will not be needed.
