"Flipped Classroom" Training

by Mark Tolbert

With a "flipped classroom" or "blended class" structure, students do pre-class work by viewing videos and doing quizzes before class, and the classroom time (or web-based training time) can then be used in a more productive way for reviewing key concepts that were covered in the videos, reviewing quiz questions, and allowing more time for questions and answers. Please see the article "Thoughts on the Traditional Four-Day/Five-Day Class Format vs. Virtual Training vs. Blended Training (or "Flipped Class") vs. Cooperative Learning. Advantages and Disadvantages." Currently, we will provide a flipped class training alternative for both PMP Prep training and for PMI-ACP training. Schedules for review sessions will be posted in ________________.
