We believe our complete virtual training website is a very unique new offering for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification Prep training! We have recorded audio lectures for all 476 slides used in our four-day and five-day PMP® Prep classes, and have created YouTube videos for these. (The virtual training website is also provided to all students in the classes as an extra resource.) However, a number of students have used the standalone virtual training to prepare and to successfully pass the PMP® exam. Students have provided very nice feedback on the quality and usefulness of the videos, but we knew we wanted to improve them more, and create a “Khan Academy” type program. So, we have done just that! We have evolved the video training, and created this virtual training website with the videos and quizzes. Currently, we are also adding flash cards for each Knowledge Area. The training materials are modularized: shorter video segments that are mostly 5 - 9 minutes. Also, we follow a group of video segments with a short quiz – (3-5 questions), and each major section is followed by an “End-of-Unit” test of 20 questions. Lastly, there is one Final Mock test of 50 questions, and we will adding more Final Mock tests of 50 questions in coming months.
